To me, this hotel is a 5 star hotel. Due to the location and staff friendliness I've always asked for my favorite room which is 310. The corner The cleaning persons are wonderful. I used to stay across the street. The wintham ambassador but this hotel is much cleaner better and not to mention new i also used to say that holiday in select close by. But the price on this hotel was worth it. Trust me. Throughout the year , stay there about thirty or forty five days every day.I enjoy it
This hotel is in a very popular area near to lots of restaurants, walking zone, Marco Park, money exchange place etc. The hotel is brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially George the bell boy, who speaks English very well and helped with translation..:). The room is basic and the bathroom has soap, shampoo/conditioner and clean towels with a hair dryer. I wish it was equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker with complimentary water and coffee...:). Breakfast is not included, however, there is a restaurant and bakery attached to the hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner. I didn't eat there, it looks a bit pricey. There is also a 7-Eleven next to the hotel that you can buy coffee for a buck. I will recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

La ubicación es excelente, todo queda cerca, para poder distraerte. Existen muchos lugares para salir de compras y al parecer es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. Además, hay demasiados lugares cerca para poder comer, y a un precio accesible. Volvería a llegar de nuevo a este hotel.
No está grande el hotel pero eso me gustó mucho, está acogedor, las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas, tiene televisor grandecito y con aplicaciones para ver películas, tiene un frigobar de buen tamaño funcionando y un microondas, en el lobby hay un restaurante para desayunar y comer
Todo estuvo perfecto durante nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, ideales para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos pasos de la Macroplaza y el centro histórico de Monterrey. Además, el precio es justo por lo que ofrece. Como única recomendación, si hacen una reserva para 3 personas, sería ideal que ya tengan listas las toallas correspondientes en la habitación. ¡Fuera de eso, todo excelente y sin duda volveríamos!
